We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Condition Monitoring Technician/Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their expertise in mechanical engineering and vibration analysis to monitor and assess the condition of machinery and equipment, thereby ensuring maximum operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability engineering.
Category II Certification in Vibration Analysis is mandatory.
Proficiency in utilizing vibration analysis tools and software (e.g., FFT analyzers, spectrum analyzers, data collectors).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex vibration data and identify potential machinery issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and recommendations.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in work.
