With a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience, the candidate should demonstrate expertise in various IT specialties, including IT architecture, emerging technologies, and their applications to business processes. Additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, CCNA, or CompTIA are preferred. The candidate should possess skills in Network Administration, System Administration, Database Administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and social networking services. Proficiency in hardware, IT technology tools, IT policy implementation, IT asset management, computer security, and knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure management is essential. The main responsibilities include overseeing the installation, configuration, operations, and maintenance of the company\'s Information and Communication technology systems and infrastructure. The incumbent will also supervise the day-to-day operations of the Helpdesk to ensure effective handling of all requests and concerns.
Education:
Diploma or Graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
