As a Rigging Superintendent in the construction field, you are responsible for the overall management and supervision of rigging operations on construction sites. Your role involves overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and safety of all rigging activities. You collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that rigging operations align with project goals, specifications, and safety regulations. As a leader, you manage and mentor a team of rigging personnel, providing guidance, training, and support. Your responsibilities also include equipment inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient and safe movement of heavy equipment, machinery, and materials. Additionally, you play a crucial role in optimizing rigging processes to enhance productivity and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
Diploma / Degree with a Minimum of 6 year of relevant work experience in Construction and Mechanical Industry with knowledge in Lifting activity with proven ability to manage of processes and/or to manage teams.
Should be certified from a 3rd party as rigger level I.
Good communication Skill in English.
Able to work independently and meticulous.
Age limit is maximum 45.
