The Rigging Supervisor in the construction field is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of rigging activities on construction sites. This includes planning and executing the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment, machinery, and materials using various rigging techniques and equipment. The Rigging Supervisor collaborates with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that rigging operations comply with safety regulations and project specifications. They also manage a team of riggers, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure proper execution of rigging tasks. Additionally, the Rigging Supervisor may be involved in equipment inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards throughout the construction project.
Diploma / Degree with a Minimum of 6 year of relevant work experience in Construction and Mechanical Industry with knowledge in Lifting activity with proven ability to manage of processes and/or to manage teams.
Should be certified from a 3rd party as rigger level I.
Good communication Skill in English.
Able to work independently and meticulous.
Age limit is maximum 45.
